What if your body is asking for less, not more?

We live in a world that constantly tells us to ADD more to our already FULL PLATES. Add more supplements, add more routines, add more workouts, add more strategies, add more… EVERYTHING!

These ADDitions can often have a place and/or season OF BENEFIT, but can simply be too much when beginning or reintroducing ourselves to prioritizing WELLNESS.

The wellness industry can feel overwhelming, always shifting with the latest trends, leaving us confused about what’s truly best for our own unique bodies.

But what if the invitation to deeper wellness isn’t always about doing more?

What if true healing begins by choosing less?

  • Less late nights.

  • Less processed foods.

  • Less sugar.

  • Less scrolling.

  • Less time indoors.

  • Less trying to do it all on your own.

  • Less stress to our Spirit, Soul, and Body

  • Less SOUL depleting choices.

  • Less negativity.

Sometimes the most powerful shift happens not when we pile more on, but when we gently remove what is weighing us down.

By clearing out what no longer serves us, we create the space for rest, renewal, and genuine transformation.

Wellness is not about perfection or adding endless checklists to your already full life. It’s about alignment, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. It’s about asking: What needs to be removed so that something life-giving can grow in its place?

When I look back on my own wellness journey, the breakthroughs didn’t come when I added more to my plate. They came when I laid down habits, foods, mindsets, and even ways of living that were silently draining me. This created the space for peace, energy, and healing to flow in.

So, maybe it’s time to stop striving to do more, and instead ask God:
👉 “Lord, what do I need less of, so that I can live in Your abundance?”

When we clear the clutter from our Spirit, Soul, and Body, we open ourselves to hear the Holy Spirit’s still small voice, guiding us toward what truly nourishes and restores.

✨ Sometimes less really is the way to more. ✨

Take a quiet moment today and reflect: What is one thing I can lovingly remove to create space for greater health and wholeness? Write it down. Pray over it. And then begin.

Use the LESS, NOT MORE journal prompt I’ve included to support you on this DISCOVERY.

Sending light and love, always!
